Each piece is poured, sanded, and sealed inside by hand in small batches. Small air bubbles and tonal variation are part of the natural concrete aesthetic—not defects.

I use a combination of crinkle paper, kraft boxes, twine, biodegradable paper and packing peanuts as a void fill/cushioning which keep pieces safe in transit and are great because not only are these items recyclable but they also reduces material use, which in exchange reduces the energy consumption in order to produce it.
